Definition

Third Party
Person with whom the Firm Stocklots-mailtrader has a contract or who wants to make use of the facilities and services of Stocklots-mailtrader.
Buyer Person
Designated as being found suitable by Stocklots-mailtrader as party in the agreement to be agent in sales of the merchandise of Stocklots-mailtrader.
Sales Person
Some one in whose name Stocklots-mailtrader via his facilities merchandise offers to customers with the intention of selling the said merchandise. The contract must always be affirmed via an order to sell as agreed to in an official email via our mail adress.
Client Person
Who is legally qualified to enter into an agreement under the conditions as set out in the contract.

1. All offers are subject to agreement by the customer.
2. All offers in advertisement qua volume contents and prices are stated under reservations.
3. Because we cannot guaranty a permanent or secure access to our site, we are obliged in so far as it is legally allowed to deny all implied guaranties and generally accepted conditions of sale.
4. The client agrees to exclude Stocklots-mailtrader from all liabilities to third parties by delivery of damaged merchandise, by the too late delivery of merchandise, or by the non delivery of the said merchandise or services.
5. Risks incurred during transport, losses due to damages, breakage.theft or any other loss of value of the merchandise during the transport, fall outside of the responsibility of Stocklots-mailtrader.We do not compensate losses occurring during transport of merchandise.
6. We are not responsible for:
- the spreading of mail containing spam, chain letters or pyramid type messages or games.
- the spreading of messages containing viruses or any other technologies which may cause damage to the property of the visitor of the Stocklots-mailtrader site.
- the illegal collection of email addresses of the visitors or their personal information with the intention of using it in a manner not allowed by law.
- spreading of incorrect or false information.
7. As client you stand guaranty for the correct and complete information and registration of information. All changes and additional information must be passed on to Stocklots-mailtrader at the earliest possible opportunity.
8. A contract between client and Stocklots-mailtrader can only be binding when it is registed via the website of Stocklots-mailtrader or after a written request, by email or letter. The agreement is by name and is not transferable.
9. Information over persons or businesses recieved from the person making use of the services of the Stocklots-mailtrader are only for use of the client or the representative of Stocklots-mailtrader in the legally allowed circumstances and are not to be passed on to any other except after the legally acquired permission, the accredited officers of the law.
10. Stocklots-mailtrader has the right the goods/parties offered by the client via mail on his own website www.stocklots-mailtrader.com, and via his own mailing list to sending to third parties.
11. We reserve the right our services at all times to curtailing or stop setting in order to block the use there of for traders who we know are causing problems or who do not handle in the letter or the spirit of our business ethics.
12. When eventual a transaction takes place between a buyer and a seller who were introduced by Stocklots-mailtrader, then this must be communicated to the firm Stocklots-mailtrader and then within 24 hours of the transaction. Even if there wasn't a transaction you have to contact the firm Stocklots-mailtrader.
13. The agent for whom Stocklots-mailtrader as representative appears as buyer or seller, is obliged to pay the sum that has been agreed to between them being 1 to 10% commission depend on the whole price of the party to Stocklots-mailtrader and well within seven work days after the transaction has taken place.
14. Knowledge clause: These conditions pertain to all agreements taking place under the auspices of Stocklots-mailtrader including those cases where by they are not emphatically mentioned in the sales agreement.
